Based on personal interviews and health assessments, AgeSuccessfully coaches create personalized fitness prescriptions tailored toward your AgeSuccessfully goals, for example: hiking, golf, playing with grandchildren, etc. Members participate in a variety of ways including private and buddy personal training, coach-prescribed self-directed cardio prescriptions, and group sessions.

Classes can be taken standing or seated, and our certified instructors are trained on how to modify the exercises to suit the varying abilities of participants.
