Based on personal interviews and health assessments, AgeSuccessfully coaches create personalized fitness prescriptions tailored toward your AgeSuccessfully goals, for example: hiking, golf, playing with grandchildren, etc. Members participate in a variety of ways including a do-it-yourself approach, one-on-one and couples personal training, and group sessions.

AgeSuccessfully is specifically for Boomers and Beyond, regardless of your health and physical abilities. Classes can be taken standing or seated, and our certified instructors are trained in how to modify the exercises to suit the varying abilities of participants. We know your health and physical goals are not the same as they were 20 years ago, and we treat you as such.
